Everything was excellent, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. The staff was exceptional and pleasant, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The room was beautifully designed, functional, reasonably priced. Had very central location to entertainment district in hamilton. Besides, it was next to 2 supermarkets, shops / restaurants and resturants. I really enjoyed the stay here.

Appreciated our stay, recommend this place. Everything was perfect, including exceptional and really good staff with great services. The room with a walk in shower. We had a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge in the room. The hotel was in the very central setting close to many different eating establishments.

Being really picky, It would have been nice if the curtains were black out or dark, so the room wasn't so bright whilst trying to sleep in.

Staff very helpful at booking in. Close proximity to town centre.
Extractor fan in the bathroom was not working and after a shower the bathroom was unusable. The heat pump was working but the vane was very noisy and not working properly. Amenities starting to look their age. Is in need of an upgrade.
